Wow! I must admit, I never thought I’d use the words “toilet paper roll” and “holiday decor” together in a blog post title. Bet you never thought you’d see them together either, huh?
As it happens, a whole lot of us think that upcycling is a great idea…. and that toilet paper rolls (or any other paper rolls) are the perfect medium to use for art projects.
